Add reagents

Add the liquid reagents as directed and mix. The water will change colour within 1–2 minutes.
Step 3
Read & act

Compare colour to the chart. Under 300 ppb = maintenance dose; 300–600 ppb = standard treatment; 600+ ppb = Starver X.
Test frequency
Every 4–6 weeks

Test monthly during peak season. Test before and after any phosphate treatment to confirm results.
