Lo-Chlor Shock n Swim is a rapid, non-chlorine shock treatment for pools and spas — eliminating organic contaminants and combined chlorine build-up quickly, with a 15-minute re-entry time after treatment.

Organic matter from swimmers (body oils, sunscreen, sweat) and the environment (leaves, dust) reacts with chlorine to form combined chlorine (chloramines) — the cause of that distinctive pool smell, eye irritation and reduced sanitiser effectiveness. Shock n Swim's potassium monopersulphate formulation oxidises this organic load rapidly without adding more chlorine or leaving your pool unusable for hours.

Non-chlorine shock is gentler on pool surfaces and equipment, and allows swimming much sooner.
Why does my pool smell like chlorine if I have enough chlorine?▾
