Lo-Chlor Tropiclear was originally developed for Queensland tropical conditions and heated pools — environments where algae growth is accelerated by warmth, humidity and extended swim seasons.

In warmer climates and heated pools, standard-strength algaecide dosing often falls short. Higher water temperatures speed up algae reproduction and reduce the effective lifespan of preventative treatments. Tropiclear's higher-concentration copper complex formula is engineered to keep pace with these conditions.
